‘Till the End of Time’ (기다린 만큼, 더) is a song by indie act The Black Skirts (검정치마) in Part 7 of the series of OST’s for the 2016 Korean drama ‘Another Miss Oh’ (또 오해영).
The lyrics sound like a person who is emotionally conflicted – frustrated and angry (‘Why are you this cold to me’) but at the same time is trying to hold back those emotions out of care and respect for the other (‘If I did I apologize’). They haven’t fully accepted that the relationship is over but they are painfully aware of the reality.
Even without knowing the meaning behind the lyrics, you can feel the sense of deep dejection in the artist’s voice – from the opening line, you know this is not a song with a ‘happily ever after’ ending.
